Mission & Purpose
NUtech Ventures’ Startup Guide is designed to help aspiring University of Nebraska entrepreneurs start their entrepreneurial journey. Our focus is on companies:
A) formed to commercialize innovations developed at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and
B) with intellectual property owned by UNL and assigned to NUtech Ventures.
University of Nebraska entrepreneurs have started several companies in the last decade based on licenses to UNL innovations. We are proud of all our UNL startups; some examples include Virtual Incision, Sentinel Fertigation, Synbiotic Health, GC Image, Turfgrade, and Drone Amplified.
NUtech Ventures prepared this guide to help you navigate the entrepreneurship ecosystem not only within the state of Nebraska, but the Midwest region as a whole. No matter which stage in the startup process you are currently at, NUtech has support and resources for you to help you succeed and grow.
